Miyu Aizawa (逢沢 みゆ, Aizawa Miyu) is a former Japanese idol and adult video (AV) actress, born on March 3, 2003 in Tokyo, Japan. She is currently affiliated with NAX (New Actor Experience). Her body measurements are 90-56-88 cm (F-cup), and she stands 1.55 m tall.

She began her artistic career at the age of 12 under the name Maria Sakamoto (坂本 マリア), joining the idol group Flap Girls School, where she became known as the youngest and one of the most popular members. Over five years, she contributed to multiple musical releases with major labels and made appearances on nationwide television, building a devoted fanbase.

After graduating from the group in 2018, she continued performing as a solo artist. In 2023, she made a bold move by debuting in the AV industry with the prominent label S1 NO.1 STYLE, starring in her debut film Shinjin NO.1 STYLE: Miyu Aizawa AV Debut. Her career shift attracted considerable attention from niche media outlets, and her debut quickly climbed the rankings in both sales and views on platforms like FANZA. At the time, she was affiliated with BBT. On November 19, 2024, Miyu announced she would not renew her exclusive contract with S1, choosing instead to become a project-based actress. Just weeks later, on December 1, she revealed her new affiliation with NAX.

Beyond her AV work, Miyu has participated in photo shoots, music events, and fashion shows—including a runway event hosted by the brand sugar at the Kindai Mahjong Mizugi Matsuri (近代麻雀水着祭) festival. In 2024, she held her first birthday celebration as an AV actress, attracting many fans with a live music performance and interactive activities.
