Dzauqy Ilham

Dzauqy Ilham is an Indonesian director and screenwriter who blends social, political, and cultural commentary with satire, comedy, and fantasy. An alumnus of Viu Indonesia’s Viu Shorts! Season 2 (2020) incubation program, Dzauqy gained widespread recognition with his acclaimed short Tutup Hari Kiamat (Apocalypse Mart). First awarded 1st Place at the Europe On Screen (EOS) Pitching Forum 2024, the film earned 2nd Place at the 2025 Madani International Film Festival, screened as an Official Selection at the 2026 Bahrain International Film Festival, and reached the top 20 shortlist for Best Short Film at the 2025 Indonesian Film Festival (FFI). He is currently developing his upcoming short film, Sunday Showdown, under the international story incubation program by Objectifs and Momo Film Co., alongside his debut feature film, The Pentagard Ghost.
