hello@lightstream.ws is the main address and is read for every kind of enquiry: support, bug reports, developer questions, press, content and takedown requests, and privacy requests. We aim to reply within a few working days.
A useful report names the page you were on, the title or person you were looking at, the language you were browsing in, and what you expected to happen instead. If something rendered incorrectly, the browser and device help.

Content, rights and takedown requests
Catalogue metadata and artwork come from The Movie Database. If you hold rights in material shown on LightStream and want it removed, email hello@lightstream.ws with the exact URL, an identification of the material, and a way to verify the claim. Requests that identify a specific page are actioned fastest.
Privacy requests
To ask what account data LightStream holds about you, to correct it, or to have an account and its synced watch progress deleted, email hello@lightstream.ws from the address the account was registered with. The privacy page describes what is stored and for how long.
